Bookings

• Online bookings are requests until we confirm them. Unconfirmed requests are released after a short time.
• Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your appointment.

Cancellations

• You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation or by contacting us.
• If you need to cancel later, please tell us as soon as you can so someone else can use the time.

Prices and payment

• Prices shown are a guide. "From" prices depend on your assessment, and we confirm the cost before any treatment starts.
• Nothing to pay online. You pay at the clinic.

Your treatment

• Every treatment depends on a consultation and assessment. We may decide a treatment isn't suitable for you.
• Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
• Please tell us about your medical history, medication, allergies and pregnancy before treatment.

Using this website

• Information on this website is general and is not a substitute for personal medical advice.
• Please don't misuse our forms or chat, or submit other people's details without their permission.
