Do I need a consultation before treatment?
For injectables and lasers, yes. It keeps you safe and gives you a clear plan and price. Consultations are complimentary and you're never obliged to book.
Booking & payments
How do I pay?
We accept cards, bank transfer and cash at the clinic. Nothing is charged when you book online.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course. Use the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment, or message us on WhatsApp.
Safety
Are your treatments suitable for darker skin tones?
Yes. Our lasers and peel protocols are selected and adjusted specifically for South Asian skin, and we patch-test where appropriate.
Who performs the treatments?
All injectables are performed by doctors. Facials and laser hair removal are delivered by senior therapists under medical supervision.
