• Booking details: the treatment, practitioner, date and time, and any notes you add, such as allergies or medication.
• Messages you send through our forms or website chat.
• Before and after photos, only with your separate written consent.
• Basic technical information: pages visited, the website that referred you and campaign tags in links, and your device's IP address, kept briefly to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and manage your appointments, including confirmations and reminders by email and, if you choose, WhatsApp.
• To keep appropriate records of your care.
• To send occasional news and offers, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure and understand which pages and campaigns are useful.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use trusted providers to run the service, who process it on our behalf:

• Website hosting and database providers.
• Email delivery providers, and Meta (WhatsApp) if you ask for WhatsApp messages.
• If our website assistant is switched on, the messages you type are processed by an AI provider to write replies. Please don't share medical details in the chat.

Some of these providers store data outside Pakistan. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard we are satisfied with.

How long we keep it

• Website chat conversations: up to 12 months.
• Enquiries and bookings: as long as needed to provide your care and meet our legal and professional obligations.
• Technical records such as IP addresses: up to 90 days.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can withdraw consent for marketing or photos at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
